More than 30 varieties haven been rescued by Don Hugo, in Tutazá.
Boyacá wears Ruana, Paramos are dressed with Frailejones, collecting water from the mist and laying in down into a sponge bed, so soft that provides with life , the vast majority of the territory.
Our diversity lies in food multicolor, vibrant and tasty.
Is is true that History has forgotten of our true story , our traditions and our beliefs , luckily we haven’t, our indigenous communities have not, our farmers have not, our African descendants have not. We are remembering.
It is time to rewrite our history, one that is based on harmony with nature on collective and community decisions.
